The essentials in three sentences
This website sets no cookies, loads nothing from third-party servers and therefore shows no cookie banner. We count how often the site is visited without recognizing you: no stored IP address, no profile, nothing on your device. We only receive personal information if you write to us or call us yourself.

2. Your rights
You can ask us at any time for:
- Access to the data we hold about you (Art. 15 GDPR)
- Rectification if something is wrong (Art. 16 GDPR)
- Erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
- Restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
- Your data in a portable format (Art. 20 GDPR)
- Objection to processing based on a legitimate interest (Art. 21 GDPR)
You can withdraw consent at any time, with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR). An informal message is enough, and you do not have to give a reason. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the member state of the European Union where you live or work (Art. 77 GDPR).
3. When you visit this website
For your browser to display the site, the server has to deliver it. In doing so, it records in its log the date and time of the request, the address requested, the page you came from, and your browser and operating system.
Your IP address is not in this log. The server is set up so that it never records it in the first place. Only the internal address of the intermediary that passes the request on is stored, and it does not belong to any person.
We need this information to deliver the website and to detect attacks. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not analyze it and do not combine it with other data.
The website is hosted on a server of Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany, in its Nuremberg data center. RentMyWebsite, Raphael Alvarez, Wingertweg 49, 75228 Ispringen, Germany, operates the server on our behalf. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with RentMyWebsite, and Hetzner is engaged as a further processor. Both process the data only to deliver the website.
The website is purely static: no database, no login, no fonts, maps or videos from third-party servers. It sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser's storage. The only exception is one you trigger yourself if you object to the counting (section 4).
4. Counting page views
We count how often the site is visited, where visitors come from and which contact buttons are used. For this we use Plausible Analytics in the self-hosted version on the same server in Nuremberg. There is no connection to Plausible itself or to any other provider.
We store the page visited and the time, the referring page, the country (derived from the IP address, nothing more precise), device type, browser and operating system, and a checksum that only distinguishes repeat visits on the same day. We do not store the IP address itself, a permanent identifier or a history across several days. Individual visitors cannot be recognized this way. No cookies are set and no information is read from your device.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in understanding the reach of the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can object. Your browser then remembers this in its local storage and is no longer counted:
5. When you write to us or call us
If you send us an email, call us or write to us on WhatsApp, we process your information to answer your inquiry. The legal basis is steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or our legitimate interest in answering inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We delete the information once the inquiry is settled, unless a statutory retention obligation applies.
Promptjoker LLC is based in the USA. Your message therefore goes to the USA when you write to us. The transfer takes place at your request (Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR).
The “Message us on WhatsApp” button only opens WhatsApp when you click it. Nothing is sent to WhatsApp before that. If you write to us there, the terms of WhatsApp Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, Ireland, also apply, and WhatsApp may transfer data to the USA as well. If you do not want that, please send us an email instead.
The question window at the bottom right of the homepage runs entirely in your browser. What you tap there is neither transmitted nor stored.
6. Changes
If something changes on the website that affects this policy, we will update it. The version published here applies.
